Wohoo! It's Haruhi! Hmmm...The hair and neck seems a little bit funny.
I have a Wacom Graphire 4 tablet...although I find it hard to use. It's easier when it comes to CGing, but rather difficult for sketching. My hands actually wobbled--as well as the lines all got crooked and shaky the first time I used it.
It takes a little bit of time and practice before you get used to it. I can say I've got the hang of it now...But I still need more practice. And, an advice: Don't concentrate on practicing your art with your tablet ONLY. Switch from traditional and digital art from time to time. You'll notice that the more you draw with your tablet, the harder it is to adjust back to pencils and paper. Haha. It happened to me. I couldn't draw proper wrinkles anymore. XD
